Thank you for calling us earlier today to bring this to our attention. We did indeed ship your order 22nd Jan and it should have been with you on the 23rd as we use overnight shipping. As you have only just let us know we have already logged a query with the courier and already shipped a replacment order to you. Please if ever in future you do not receive an order from us within 2 days let us know so we can follow it up. We always want you to receive your orders as quick as possible.
We are sorry you did not receive the first parcel sent, and I will personally follow tracking on the second one to make sure you do receive it.
